Not perfect, but worth it

Clean, spacious room with friendly staff. The continental breakfast, while simple, had enough options to get us started for the day!

Despite its advantages, the environment felt unsafe with nearby disturbances. We also encountered outdated furniture that looked in need of replacement.

A great way to end my trip.

Despite the chaotic neighborhood, the room was spacious and could easily accommodate our family. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with ample options available. While the surrounding area raised some concerns, the hotel itself provided a comfortable resting place for our short stay. Just be cautious about your surroundings!

Excellent motel but in out of the way location, unless you have own transport.

The restaurant was nice and the food was great! Our trip was really great, would stay here again.

The neighborhood felt unsafe with constant police presence!!! Room maintenance was lacking, stained furniture and lingering odors. Noisy environment from external traffic was quite bothersome!!!

perfectly situated for city explorations and park views

I found the area to be conveniently close to Madison Grove, a nice park just under 5 km away, making it easy to enjoy some green space, and I loved that I was only about 4 km from Buck Owens' Crystal Palace, a fantastic spot to soak up local culture and history.

The bathroom door for some strange reason opens out instead of into itself. There is plenty of swing room for the door inside the bathroom. Not sure what the architect was thinking. This sometimes interferes with other members of the group going in and out of the room. Breakfast is paltry for a 3-star inn.

Location and price

lampshades looked like they had been crushed. They should have changed them.

The staff here shines with their kindness and support, especially the manager who was helpful in a challenging time. The cleanliness was lacking, and I noticed some maintenance issues that need addressing. The overall experience had its ups and downs but showed potential for improvement.

Superbly clean and comfortable room, lovely pillows. so unlike other motels, good order-in service for meals, if wanted, wi-fi good, no criticisms at all.

I appreciated magnificent location and how the place is clean. The atmosphere created was quiet. The staff team was top-class, the rooms were good-sized and brand-new and equipped with a mobile phone as well as all facilities;)))
